Honningmand Records
An alternative label - an alternative sound.

Honningmand Records is a label owned and run by musicians. It is a joint enterprise of different artistic ideas and different views on artistic expression. Up until now the bands signed to Honningmand Records have two things in common: They all present a sort of a Scandinavian sound. Though the bands often are strongly influenced by American, Japanese, and English alternative music, and they all present a sound and stile that differs from the ongoing mainstream on MTV, on commercial radio stations and so on. Furthermore the label feels the final results on an album must be artistically as close to the source as possible - that is as close to the musicians and composers as possible.
